A must-have (at least a must-hear anyway) sixty track, 3-CD box set of Michigan's lesser known psychedelic and garage bands from 1966-1971. Here, you get several songs, anywhere from two to five songs from twenty-five different obscure groups. Even I have never heard of a good most of these bands - like the Couriers, Questors, The Plague, the Marlans, House Of Commons, Innsmen and The Pagens. If you dig those much-cherished various artists picks like 'Insane Times - 25 British Psychedelic Artyifacts', 'Freakbeat Scene' or Rhino's 'Nuggets II' 4-CD box set, then you'll love this one. Highly recommended.
